The primary purpose of the Texas Paint Horse Breeders' Association is to provide and maintain the central registry of eligible Texas Bred Paint Race Horses in the State of Texas, to organize, direct and officially represent Texas Paint Horse owners at parimutual race meetings as authorized by the Texas Horse Racing Commission, and to distribute funds to accredited Texas Bred Horses' owners.
