2011 TPHBA Accreditation Fees
Weanlings, Yearlings and Horses of Racing Age
• $25.00.........Weanlings - If accreditation is applied for at the TPHBA offices by
December 31 of the foal's weanling year.
• $50.00.........Yearlings - If accreditation is applied for at the TPHBA office by
December 31 of the foal's yearling year.
• $500.00.......Racing Age - If accreditation is applied for at the TPHBA office after
January 1 of the horse's two-year old year.
BROODMARES
• $50.00.........One-time, lifetime accreditation fee.
STALLIONS
• $50.00.........One-time lifetime accreditation fee.
• $50.00.........Annual Administrative fee to maintain stallion's accreditation.
This annual administration fee is payable on or before FEBRUARY 1 of each year.
• $150.00........Late Administrative fee (if paid after February 1). Late administrative
fees will not be accepted if postmarked after December 1.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP & LEASES
• $15.00........For transfers of ownership or leases (after horse is accredited).
The TPHBA office must be notified in writing of these transactions via
the appropriate TPHBA form.
TPHBA MEMBERSHIP DUES
• $25.00.........Annual, individual membership (Person or entity).
• $250.00.......Lifetime (Person or entity).
Fees Non-refundable Accreditation fees are non-refundable after work has been assigned to an eligible entry. If a horse is ineligible to become accredited, the fee shall be refunded to the applicant.
